1 agent, 50 messages per month, basic models, 400 KB of knowledge. No credit card required. Agents are deleted after 14 days of inactivity on the free plan.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard anytime. When upgrading, you're charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
What counts as a message?
One message equals one customer message and one Steward response. System messages, tool calls, and internal processing don't count.
What are actions?
Actions are the tools an agent can use — booking meetings, capturing leads, searching knowledge, sending emails. Higher plans unlock more actions per agent.
Do I need a card for the free plan?
